Melanie is an artist and intuitive - following her unique pursuits professionally as an intuitive reader, performer, photographer, painter, and poet. Melanie intertwines these practices with multi sensory marketing and event management within wellness and creative communities. 

Melanie utilizes her intuitive skills in business as an intuitive advisor, providing clarity to showcase the most beneficial course of action. Her expertise is broad in experience, service, and product marketing. She has led many projects from genesis to fruition. She understands multiple avenues of marketing including, but not limited to: Squarespace tools, Instagram, Meta ads, ad analytics, influencer marketing, Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, Squarespace web design, Substack, and email marketing.

Melanie’s most recent project was publishing a poetry book, fully written and illustrated by herself. She also fully designed a website to independently market the publishing. Melanie also recently renewed her place as Social Media Manager, Vendor Coordinator, and Operations Lead for Virginia's largest wellness festival “Rest Fest”! Additionally, she recently culminated her role at Apothec, a small business parfumerie and lifestyle store in Richmond, Virginia. 

She started her most recent position at Apothec at the beginning of her eleventh house profection year in astrology: beginning a year fully focused on community. In her time at Apothec, she contributed to the magical ambience and multi sensory branding through introducing medium scale vendor markets with immersive experiences, curating themed playlists, crafting seasonal themed gift boxes, contributing to seasonal store merchandising, facilitating sacred workshops and services, crafting new restorative libations at the tea bar, designing and illustrating eye catching graphic flyers and signs, and contributing to intentional photography and reels featuring the space. In her work here, she also introduced new experimental concepts for the business including afternoon tea for two, marketed intuitive services, and influencer marketing events. These additions along with the seasonal markets profited the business over an additional ten thousand dollars throughout an eight month time period. She learned new skills like herbal product production, tea blending, and wholesale order shipping. When she started this position, the business was in the midst of an expansion double the size of the current shop. Things have evolved so much in the transition. This job and the people she shared it with have held a lot of value in her experience.

Melanie’s core values and drives are centered around holding space for others and fostering community. Working in event management and creation allows her to bring together creatives and intuitives to offer something sacred to the community. 

A lot of her creative drives are rooted in soul remembrance and inner child rediscovery, and those are journeys she hopes to inspire through her creations. Acting on impulsive curiosity is very healing to her. As a cancer midheaven, home is the heart of her practice. Her work holds many allusions to her wide range of artistic and mystic interests: folklore, mythology, tarot, astrology, theatre, and music. 

Melanie is looking to further her reach in both local and large scale communities. Melanie has always been an entrepreneur. Muse Marketing was created as an outlet for her passion of being a connector of people, voices, and ideas. As an intuitive wellness practitioner and multimedia artist herself, she holds the ability to intimately understand businesses led by fellow holistic professionals and artists.
